NONSENSE ("we", "us", "our") lets you request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including data collected through our website, enquiry forms, or our connected Instagram account (comments, mentions, and messages).
1. How to Request Deletion
Email info@nonsense.family with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address or Instagram account associated with your data. Include enough detail (name, email, or Instagram handle) for us to locate your records.
2. What Happens Next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- We locate and delete the personal data associated with your request from our systems, including any linked to our Instagram Business integration.
- We confirm by email once deletion is complete, typically within 30 days.
3. What We Cannot Delete
Records we're legally required to keep — such as invoices and accounting records under Swiss law — are retained for the legally mandated period even after a deletion request, but are removed from any marketing or communication use.
